APPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD
4 c. all purpose flour
1 T. baking soda
1/4 t baking powder
1.5 t. salt
1.5 T. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
Combine first 6 dry ingredients and set aside.
combine eggs, sugars, oil and vanilla in lg. bowl;
beat at med.speed until blended.
Stir in zucchini, apple, and pecans.
Add dry ingredients to apple-zucchini mixture, and stir.
Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 8-1/4x4-1/2x3 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 50-55 min.
Cool in pan 10 min., then cool completely on wire rack.
